Hey all -

Thank you all for a great rehearsal on Saturday - I'm sorry it ran late, but we really got a lot done and I feel like we have a solid amount of work done so far. Now on to the rest...

Remember that Tuesday we are working on Men in Tights as well as Bring on the Men, so BOYS don't forget to come. All of you are in that number, so I'll expect you all there ;)

Also, remember that we are in Phelps at 7. You may want to leave a little early to find the place - it's a bit confusing and I'd like everyone to be on time.

Everyone -

Tomorrow is our Run-Through. Several of you have called me up today and yesterday asking whether or not we are having rehearsal or if it would be a big deal to miss. With very few exceptions,

ALL OF YOU NEED TO BE THERE.

If you have not told me you are going out of town, I am EXPECTING YOU AT REHEARSAL. I have repeatedly mentioned that this rehearsal is one of THE BIG three, i.e. very important. This is what we are doing tomorrow, to give you an idea of how much we will be going over:

- FULL RUN THROUGH of all numbers we have had rehearsals for so far
- Vocal for One Day More (finale of the show)
- Casting for One Day More (finale of the show)
- Vocal Rehearsal for Cell Block Tango
- Vocal Rehearsal for My Strongest Suit
- Vocal Rehearsal for Matchmaker
- Vocal Rehearsal for Bring on the Men
- Cleaning for Sing Sing Sing
- Cleaning for Cell Block Tango
- Cleaning for My Strongest Suit
- Cleaning for Bring on the Men
- Final Choreography for Cell Block Tango
- Final Choreography for Matchmaker

We will ALSO be going over performances, tech week, order of songs, costumes, song order, etc. These are things I won't repeat again (and shouldn't have to), so you will need to be there for them. There will also be a few surprises that I'm sure you wouldn't want to miss, so everyone please be on time and I'll see you tomorrow.

Tuesday, Thursday, and RUN THROUGH

Hi Everyone,

Here's your update on rehearsals for this week:

Tuesday in Phelps we will be working on Cell Block Tango. Those of you who are interested in being in the ensemble or who we have talked to specifically about it please come on time because we will have a lot to go through. I've attached a link to the lyrics at the bottom of this post so that all of you can learn your parts.

Thursday is the first rehearsal for "Bring On the Men." If Jessica has talked to you or just if you are interested in being in the number, please come then. Rehearsal is in 387 room 104, as usual. Checkups are for "Popular" and "A Little Fall of Rain." Menzimer and Sarah L. please come to room 104 to see where Ryan would like to meet with you - Ali and David (if you're not planning on being in Bring on the Men) please give Ryan a call to see where you should be at 8:30.

Saturday is the RUN-THROUGH. If you haven't let me know already that you are going to be out of town I will assume that you are going to be there, because it is an extremely important rehearsal. We will be going over all of the numbers we have worked on so far and doing vocal rehearsals, cleaning, and starting to learn One Day More so PLEASE be there and be there on time. I am sending the lyrics to One Day More so you can try and learn them before Saturday - you should probably print them out and bring them with you. We will also be casting this number during the Run-through.

Hello All -

Rehearsal this thursday is in the usual spot (Building 387 Room 104). We're rehearsing Cell Block Tango, so those of you that have already been listed know to show up, but for those girls who wanted to be in more dance numbers, please come as well so that Nicole can decide who she wants to place where. We may be making this a bigger number than we had originally planned.

Andrew and Sarina have their checkups with Ryan at 7, so meet at room 104 and we'll move you wherever Ryan wants to have rehearsal. Rebecca, call either Ryan or myself to find out where you should be at 8:30.

Saturday we will be finishing up with Sing Sing Sing (final choreography & cleaning) in 387 room 101.

Next Saturday for the run-through we WON'T BE in room 101, we will instead be in Girvetz Theatre (1004). Unless anyone has a conflict, I would like to extend rehearsal until 10 (not all of you will have to stay late) so that we can work on some numbers that need cleaning or vocal rehearsal (particularly Matchmaker and My Strongest Suit).

So, to recap: Thursday is Cell Block (+Andrew, Sarina, Rebecca), Saturday is Sing Sing, next Saturday's run through on the 18th is in Girvetz 1004 from 5-10.
