Passover 4/23

Hi All,

A few people have let me know that they will have conflicts with Passover this month. If you have a conflict please email me (even if you already have) and let me know so that I can decide whether to move or to cancel the rehearsal altogether. I may also move another rehearsal to that day, so again, I really need to know EVERYONE that can't come.

Another reminder- everyone should come to the benefit concert on Saturday at Campbell Hall for the Dance Team that Alicia (Texas from Cabaret) is putting on. Doors open at 7:30 tomorrow. I still have 8 presale tickets if anyone wants one (the tickets are $5 presale and $10 at the door, so presale saves $$$). If you still need a ticket, email me and let me know and we can set up some time to meet.

No Rehearsal Saturday 4/16

Hi Everyone-

As Alicia's Dance Benefit Concert is this Saturday, and we'll be missing some people (and I'd also like you guys to go and support her), I'm moving the rehearsal of "Everything's Alright" to this Thursday, 4/14 (tomorrow). There shouldn't be a complication here, as everyone in What's The Buzz/Strange Thing Mystifying is also in Everything's Alright. This means there will be no rehearsal this Saturday 4/16.

Will someone please let Julie know? I still don't have her email.

Rehearsal Saturday 4/9

Just a quick reminder (or new info, if you weren't at Thursday's rehearsal) that the dance rehearsal this Saturday will be held in the Linda Vista Room at Francisco Torres (FT) from 7:30-10. I won't be at this rehearsal (I am in Monterey this weekend to see my sister play in the Jazz Festival), so if you get lost or you need a ride, call our choreographer, Nicole. I sent you all an email with her number.

See everyone on Tuesday - we have all our rooms reserved, so I'll send out an email on Sunday or Monday morning with the official room schedule for the quarter.

Rehearsal Thurs. 4/7

Sorry about the late notice, guys.

Due to the Office of Student Life being extremely slow about scheduling us into rooms, we will be meeting at Room 143 at 7 and then moving somewhere where we can have enough room for everybody to dance. I'll try and reserve something sometime tomorrow, but if I can't, does anyone have any suggestions for where we can go? I'd rather not have to have you guys dance outside, but bring a warm sweater and bug spray, just in case.

Once again, I apologize for all this. Usually the OSL is really quick with these things.

Another note: I will not be here at Saturday's dance rehearsal (details to follow on time and place - I'm gonna go shake some people down for a room, so most probably in Rob's Gym), so if you have any other concerns or conflicts, I'll be reachable by phone (see my last email) or by email.

Hello All -

It's great to have you all in the Cast! It was good to see some familiar faces at auditions as well as some new ones, and I look forward to working with everyone.

Our first rehearsal is this Tuesday at 7. We'll all meet in the Hub and discuss logistics and roles, then move to Room 143 to watch the 1970s movie of Jesus Christ Superstar and pass out vocal books.If anyone has any questions or comments before Tuesday, please email me and let me know.
